Gin Is The Word

What is it that bartenders like so much about gin? For many years, vodka was the go-to spirit for creating new cocktails, with its neutral taste blending seamlessly into the background and allowing other ingredients to do their thing. In recent times, though, gin has come to the forefront of many a cocktail menu, with bartenders branching out from the classic Negroni and Martini to really take advantage of the complex flavour profiles the spirit can offer.

We've done some intensive testing at Enotria&Coe to find the very best gin cocktails that have popped up across the market. If these don't whet your gin appetite, we don't know what will!
