• Please be aware there may be exceptions, however these will be communicated to you directly by your Account Manager

Festive Period Opening Hours

Over the festive period, the Customer Service team and phone lines will be open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding:

• Tuesday 24 December: 10am - 4pm
• Wednesday 25 December: closed
• Thursday 26 December: closed
• Tuesday 31 December: 10am - 4pm
• Wednesday 1 January: closed

Returns

Please be aware that from 9th December to 6th January, we will be unable to facilitate any requests for returns or collections, with the exception of pre-arranged events and empty kegs.
