I have a corked/faulty product.
Please report any corked or faulty products to us here. Our technical team keep track of all issues, to ensure that our customers are always getting the best quality product from our suppliers.
We may need to collect the faulty product from you for testing; if this is the case, we will let you know to prior to issuing a credit. However, we guarantee that you will be reimbursed for any faulty stock.
A product I want is out of stock; when will it be available again?
A member of our team will get in touch with you prior to delivery if an item you have ordered is out of stock, to let you know when the product will arrive back into our warehouse.
One of the products I received was broken on delivery.
On the rare occasion where your delivery is damaged upon arrival, we will refund you for all affected products and organise a new delivery. Please ask your delivery driver to record all damaged stock on the delivery note whilst checking products off. Your account will be reimbursed automatically upon the driver's return to our warehouse.
How can I find out if a wine is vegan/vegetarian?
All our vegan and vegetarian wines will have this information marked on their respective product pages on our website. Please also take the time to browse our Vegan and Vegetarian wine sections on our site, which display our full range.
