Unique Selling Point: Two distinct processes are required to produce the citrus oil extract used in Grey Goose Le Citron. The first is based on the maceration of Menton lemons and the second is based on the extraction of essential oils from lemons grown in Argentina and Brazil. Menton, a small town on the southern French coast, is a famous lemon-growing region known for fruits that are milder and less acidic, and also larger and thicker-skinned which yield higher levels of essential oils.

Production Method: Grey Goose begins with the finest soft winter wheat grown by three local farming cooperatives in the Picardy region of northern France. The highest grade of wheat (Blé Panifiable Supérieur) is used, the same grade used in the finest French breads and pastries. Distilled using a continuous-column distillation process creating a high-proof spirit. This wheat spirit is cut with spring water naturally filtered through limestone from an exclusive well in Gensac-La-Pallue in the Cognac region. Great care is taken during production to ensure the quality of the wheat remains in the finished spirit.
