Vineyard: Our La Cadence Blanc de Blanc is produced at LGI, one of the largest and most consistent Cooperatives in France. Based in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Made exclusively from Carignan grapes.
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and then crushed before undergoing controlled fermentation in vat at an average of 25°C. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
