We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded a provisional ‘AA Grade’ BRCGS Certification after assessment against the Global Standard for Agents and Brokers. This is the highest grade possible and matches our 2023 result, which is a brilliant achievement for our Technical team, but also Enotria&Coe in general.

BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standard) Agents and Brokers Certification is an essential requirement set by many global retailers and food service companies to demonstrate a supplier’s commitment to product safety, quality, authenticity and legality. It is widely considered a measure of industry best practice, by encouraging a product safety culture.

Learning from 2023, this year we wanted the audit process to be more inclusive and to be able to draw on the skills and experience of colleagues from across our operation. This certainly helped demonstrate how we are aligned as a business and how committed we are to driving a quality and safety culture.

On top of this result, we have also just completed our annual organic audit on behalf of OF&G, our organic certification body. Conducted remotely, the auditor was quoted as saying “Faultless… really, really impressive!” 

All in all, a couple of fantastic results and testament to the consistently high standard of work we’re able to deliver.
