Ron Roble: Mind blowing, award winning aged rums from Venezuela, skilfully blended by master distiller Giorgio Mielis. Born out of 4 friends’ passion for great rum the range begins at a minimum age of 6 years’ old having received no replenishment in the barrel delivering extraordinary flavours.

Audemus Spirits: Groundbreaking Gin and Liqueur producer based in the heart of Cognac. Head Distiller and co-founder, Miko combines the art of perfumery with the science of vacuum distillation to create exquisitely flavoured Gins and sumptuous liqueurs from carefully sourced botanicals.

Bone Idyll: A family owned and operated craft micro distillery in the southwest of London. You couldn’t ask for a more passionate and fun company to work with. Their motto is ‘Respect the past, look to the future, live in the moment’, which is perfectly reflected in their amazing Gin, Vodka and Rums.

The Cocktail Keg Company (CKC): A pre-mix cocktail company with not only skill and passion behind it from their owner operators Soda and Burnzsy, but also a really unique ingredient in a locally sourced citrus mix called ANAM. They can truly turn anyone into a world class bartender with their sensational cocktail mixes, all made using premium spirits.

Just wow! This is actually a vintage bottled Rum aged for a minimum of twelve years in a mixture of Bourbon and Pedro Ximinez casks. The flavour just does not stop – reams of dried fruit and spice just keep coming! Makes an amazing Rum Old Fashioned.

A fig leaf, honey and cognac liqueur – what’s not to love!? Miko even collects the fig leaves himself in the back of his truck before infusing with local honey and cognac that he selects from different local producers every year. Sumptuous, figgy (obvs), and a touch of toffee from the Cognac it is great over ice, but also used instead of Vodka in an Espresso Martini.

Boring to choose their gin? Absolutely not! Hells’ bells this is just a delicious example of what London Gin should be. Freshness from grapefruit and lemon peel balance perfectly with the earthiness of the orris and coriander - it just keeps giving and giving. Serve just simply as a G&T with a big wedge of grapefruit.

M07064NV | CKC Whiskey Sour Pre-Mix Cocktail, 12.8% abv | £23.08 per bottle ex VAT Duty Paid List Price (70cl)

I mean, it does sort of depend on what kind of cocktail you like really! I love them all but if I was going to choose one that turned my head it’d be this. Whisky Sour is not easy to replicate in an RTD but these guys have cracked it! Irish whisky (they are based in Belfast), combines perfectly with their ANAM citrus and a hint of honey. Amazing balance and easy to serve – shake and pour over ice!
